Welcome to a whirlwind adventure through the enchanting city of Savannah, Georgia, where every corner oozes history, charm, and Southern hospitality. Whether you're a seasoned traveler or just looking to experience something new, Savannah promises a delightful journey filled with unique activities, delectable cuisine, and unforgettable sights. Join us as we embark on a thrilling 24-hour exploration of this gem nestled along the picturesque Georgia coast.
JW Marriott Savannah, Riverside District

I stayed at the beautiful JW Marriott, in the heart of the riverside district. If you decide to stay her make sure to snag a riverfront room. It will be picturesque, and you won't hear the music from the clubs down the street.
Forsyth Park

I then quickly changed and walked down Bull Street through the many squares and made it to Forsyth Park, where they shot part of the film, Forest Gump.
The Olde Pink House

For dinner, I at the Olde Pink House. This place is a 10/10 and I highly recommend ordering the Flounder. Keep in mind, this place books up weeks in advance, however if you are in a party of 1 or 2 you can ask to sit at the bar and be seated right away.
Did you know you can walk around Savannah with an alcoholic beverage? This is why the Riverside district is known as a mini New Orleans. They also have evening markets by the river!
Little Duck Diner

For Breakfast, I recommend Little Duck Diner. Duck's are obviously their theme and they place them throughout the restaurant. It is also a reasonably priced restaurant with delicious food and drinks.
Make sure to pack your walking shoes and leave time to shop! There are a lot of fun stores to shop in and squares to walk to.
The Collins Quarter

For lunch we headed to the Collins Quarter. Wow oh wow, I ordered the avocado toast with an egg on top, and beet hummus. It looked just as good as it tasted. I also really liked the vibe and could have stayed there all day.
Old Savannah Tours

We then took a tour with Old Savannah Tours. I'm not the biggest fan of history tours but this one was very fun! Did you know the founders of Girl Scouts is from Savannah? I also learned the phrase "sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite" started because you used to have to tighten the bed each night before you went to bed and the blankets were stuffed with moss and straw that sometimes had bus still on them!
Peregrin

Then, we grabbed frozen roses, from the rooftop bar Peregrin. I mean, you can't complain with great company, a drink in your hand, and beautiful views.
The Ordinary Pub
We finished our 24 hours with dinner at the Ordinary Pub which was a low key restaurant with unexpectedly the best salmon I've had in quite some time!

This charming city offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and Southern hospitality that's sure to make your visit an extraordinary experience. So, pack your bags, and embark on an adventure that promises to be filled with delightful surprises at every turn. Savannah awaits your exploration!
